Forged from experience. Driven by excellence.
Seismic Training Solutions LLC was founded on one belief: the quality of training determines the quality of performance, and the quality of performance determines the strength of an organization.
Built for industries where precision matters
Founded in August 2023 with roots in the nuclear power industry, Seismic delivers specialized training, examination development and workforce qualification for organizations where technical knowledge, operational precision and regulatory compliance are essential.
We understand the challenges these organizations face: maintaining technical proficiency, developing qualified people, preserving institutional knowledge and meeting ever-higher performance expectations. Seismic was created to meet them with innovative solutions, disciplined processes and a commitment to excellence.
Everything we do comes back to one theme: Tomorrow’s Solutions Today, a Supermind that puts the instructor back in the classroom.
Why “Seismic”
In nature, seismic forces reshape the world. They are powerful, transformative and impossible to ignore. We believe training should have the same effect: measurable improvements in knowledge, competency, confidence and performance that can be demonstrated, evaluated and sustained.
Train. Develop. Examine. Achieve.
Build the foundation of knowledge
Accurate, technically sound information delivered through structured learning, so people perform safely, efficiently and confidently.
Transform knowledge into capability
Lesson plans, computer-based training, qualification programs and instructional resources that evolve with technology, operating experience and regulation.
Measure what matters
Examinations and evaluations built on technical accuracy, regulatory alignment and defensible methods. Knowledge must be demonstrated, not merely presented.
Deliver results that matter
From licensed operator qualification to continuing training, the ultimate measure of training is improved performance.
Train with purpose. Develop with precision. Examine with integrity. Achieve with confidence.
A Viking-inspired approach to AI
Viking explorers succeeded through preparation, specialized skills, strong leadership and a common mission. The same principles guide our AI-assisted training technology, where each capability carries a name from that heritage and all of them work toward one objective.
Our technology philosophy is simple: use innovation to enhance human expertise, not replace it. AI speeds up development, improves consistency, strengthens traceability and reduces administrative burden, while qualified subject-matter experts keep the final say.
Technology provides the capability. Experience provides the judgment. Quality provides the confidence.

Our technology ecosystem
- ODIN, the master platform: leadership, knowledge and coordinated intelligence.
- JARL and VALKYRIE: precision and discipline in examination development.
- RUNE: technical knowledge transformed into effective training materials.
- SKALD: preserving, analyzing and communicating knowledge.
- LONGSHIP: coordinated delivery from development to implementation.
